NALCO Recruitment 2025 Eligibility
Nationality:
- Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Dy. Manager: Degree in relevant discipline (Engineering, MCA, Law, MBA, etc.) with minimum 5 years of executive experience.
- Sr. Manager: Degree in relevant field with at least 11 years of relevant experience.
- Dy. General Manager: Degree in Mining Engineering with minimum 17 years of executive experience.
Age Limit (as on 11-08-2025):
- Dy. Manager (E02): Max 35 years
- Sr. Manager (E04): Max 41 years
- Dy. General Manager (E06): Max 48 years
- Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD as per Government rules
NALCO Selection Process 2025
For Dy. Manager (E02) & Sr. Manager (E04):
- Written Test/Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 85% weightage
- Personal Interview (PI) – 15% weightage
For Dy. General Manager (E06):
- Group Discussion (GD) – 25%
- Personal Interview (PI) – 75%
Shortlisting will be based on experience, qualifications, and relevant sector exposure. Final selection will be based on merit.
NALCO Recruitment 2025 Exam Pattern
For E02 & E04 Posts:
Mode: Written/CBT followed by PI
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- UR: 50%
- SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD(UR): 40%
- PwBD(SC/ST/OBC): 30%
For E06 Posts:
- Mode: GD + PI
- Evaluation will include marks from qualification, sector experience, and organizational background.
