IOCL NR Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Stipend
Apprentices will receive a stipend as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961, Apprentices Rules, 1992, and applicable guidelines. In addition to the statutory stipend, IOCL will pay ₹2,500/- per month towards miscellaneous expenses. For Graduate and Technician Apprentices, the Government’s share of stipend is partly transferred through the DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) mechanism.
