Note: Candidates from UR/OBC-NCL/EWS categories must have secured at least 60% aggregate marks in B.E./B.Tech. For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, the minimum required aggregate is 50%.
Tenure and Remuneration
The selected candidates will be engaged as Junior Executives on a short-term contract for a maximum period of three years. The position falls under the E0 Grade, carrying a pay scale of Rs. 30,000–1,20,000/-.
At the time of joining, the initial basic pay will be Rs. 30,000 per month. In addition to the basic salary, eligible candidates will receive DA, HRA, 35% Cafeteria Allowance, annual increments, and medical insurance coverage as applicable under the recruitment terms.

The selection process for HAL Junior Executive Recruitment 2026 will be completed through the following stages:
