Eligibility Criteria

• Assistant Manager (HR&A): Graduate in any discipline + MBA/MPM/MHRM (2 years full time) with major specialization in Personnel Management/HR OR Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma (2 years) with specialization in Personnel Management/HR from UGC/AICTE approved institute.
• Assistant Manager (F&A): Graduate in any discipline + Passed Final Exam from ICAI/ICWAI OR MBA (2 years full time) with major specialization in Finance from UGC/AICTE approved institute.
• Junior Engineer (Electrical) Gr-II: Full Time 3 years’ Diploma in Electrical Engineering from institute recognized by WBSCT&VE&SD.
• Candidates must be able to read, speak and write in Bengali/Nepali language.
• Final year appearing candidates are eligible (must produce final marksheet at interview stage).

Salary/Stipend

• Assistant Manager (HR&A) & Assistant Manager (F&A): ₹56,100/- to ₹1,60,500/- (Level-08 of Pay Matrix, ROPA-2020)
• Junior Engineer (Electrical) Gr-II: ₹36,800/- to ₹1,06,700/- (Level-06 of Pay Matrix, ROPA-2020)
• Other benefits: DA, HRA, Medical Allowance, Electricity Allowance, LTC/HTC, CPF, Gratuity, Leave Encashment etc.

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 32 Years
• Age Relaxation:
  • OBC-A & OBC-B (West Bengal): 3 Years
  • SC & ST (West Bengal): 5 Years

• Commencement of Online Registration: 27.11.2025 (11:00 AM).
• Closure of Online Registration: 29.12.2025 (11:55 PM).
• Upload required documents including Domicile Certificate (Proforma-A or Proforma-B), Caste Certificate (if applicable), Educational Qualifications, and other testimonials during the online application process.
• Select the relevant option satisfying Domicile Criteria and upload the required certificate accordingly.
• Final year/semester students must furnish percentage of marks/CGPA/DGPA secured till the last semester/year in the Qualification Details section.
