When in 2017 UPSC have changed syllabus of Engineering Service Examination (ESE) they have published notice before 6-7 month of exam.
There is many of candidate are preparing for UPPCL AE for many years on old pattern but they have suddenly changed it, Change is right but they to disclose total number of question, Candidate have doubts regarding how many question will come in exam.
2.Virtual Calculator-UPPCL have given virtual calculator in exam but they have not mentioned it any where in notification, admit card or in exam instructions also they have not provided mock test for practice. They have to mention in notification or admit card.
Many candidate dont know that there is virtual calculator have given after some time or after exam they got it. Even GATE or other exam when given virtual calculator they have provided information regarding it in notification or provided mock test to practice it.
