The prescribed age limit is:

SBC Fire Engine Driver Physical and Endurance Test

Candidates shortlisted for the Fire Engine Driver post will have to qualify for the prescribed endurance and skill tests.

The endurance test includes:

• Carrying filled sand and water buckets for 100 metres within 45 seconds.
• Completing 20 squats (Uthak Baithak).
• Completing 15 push-ups.
• Completing 15 bent-knee sit-ups.

Shortlisting for the endurance test will be done according to the prescribed 1:15 ratio.

SBC Fire Engine Driver Skill Test

The Fire Engine Driver skill test may assess:

• Driving ability on a ramp and road.
