Indian Railways has announced 32438 vacancies for various Group D Level 1 positions, and the online registration portal is now closed. Once the application process is complete, the board will release the application status. Following this, the Railway Group D Exam Date for 2025 will be announced. The Computer-Based Test (CBT) is expected to take place in 12th June – 5th August 2025 (tentative), after the examinations for RRB NTPC, Teacher, and Ministerial positions are conducted. The form filling for RRB Group D application forms ends, and lakhs of candidates who are willing to appear for the RRB Group D Exam Date 2025 have submitted their applications. On behalf of Indian Railways, the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will announce the complete schedule for the Railway Group D Exam 2025 tentatively by June 2025. Candidates waiting for the RRB Group D Exam Date 2025 must begin their preparation as the exam is expected in 12 June – 5 August 2025 (tentative).

Railway Group D 2025 Exam
As lakhs of candidates have submitted their applications till now and lakhs are still looking forward to applying, the competition to grab the position is going to be higher than any other railway exam. The criteria for selecting the candidates will be based on the following three stages-
- Computer-Based Test (CBT 1)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Document Verification and Medical Examination
To be eligible for the released vacancies, the candidates need to first register themself and apply online before the last date arrives. Afterwards, the candidates have to attempt in the Computer-Based Test, which is expected in 12th June – 5th August 2025 and score more than the cut-off marks. The shortlisted candidates then have to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and candidates qualifying in the physical test will be called for Document Verification and Medical Examination which will be the final stage of selecting candidates.
