रेलवे भर्ती बोर्ड द्वारा लिखित परीछा में सफल होने के बाद सहायक स्टेशन मास्टर (ASM) हेतु सायको परीछा का आयोजन किया जाता है.जिसके अंतर्गत चार या पांच टेस्ट लिया जाता है,कैंडिडेट को इन पांचो टेस्टो में अलग -अलग पास होना अनिवार्य होता है
