PFRDA Grade A Exam Pattern 2025

The PFRDA Grade A Exam Pattern 2025 involves a preliminary screening with objective tests in Phase I, a descriptive and objective test in Phase II, and an interview round. The exam tests general aptitude, domain-specific knowledge, and language skills relevant to the Assistant Manager role.

Candidates must secure separate cut-offs in each paper as well as an overall cut-off to qualify for Phase II. Marks in Phase I are used only for shortlisting and not for final selection

PFRDA Grade A Phase I Exam Pattern:

• There are five sections – English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, General Awareness and Professional Knowledge in the PFRDA Grade A Exam.
• The questions asked in the online examination are objective type.
• Total number of questions asked is 130 and each question will carry one mark except for the professional knowledge section where each questions is for 2 marks.
• Duration of exam is 100 Minutes – 60 minutes for Paper 1 and 40 minutes for  Paper 2
