Eligibility Criteria for OIDB Recruitment 2025

1. Section Officer (Level-7)

Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of application.
Eligibility Criteria:
Assistants with 5 years of service in Level-6.
Essential Qualification: Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity or holding an analogous post in Central Government/PSUs/Autonomous Organizations.
Desirable: Knowledge of computers (MS Office, Internet, etc.).

2. Assistant (Level-6)

Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of application.
Eligibility Criteria:

UDC with a minimum of 5 years of regular service.
Essential Qualification: Graduate, preferably a Master’s Degree in Commerce/Economics with 5 years of experience in establishment and accounts work.
Desirable: Knowledge of computers (MS Office, Internet, etc.).

3. Stenographer Grade-C (Level-6)

Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of application.
Eligibility Criteria:

Stenographer Grade-D with 5 years of regular service.
Essential Qualification: Graduate with:

Minimum speed of 100 w.p.m. in shorthand.
Minimum speed of 40 w.p.m. in typing (English/Hindi).
Minimum 5 years of regular experience in a similar role in Government/PSUs/Autonomous Organizations.

Desirable: Knowledge of computers (MS Office, Internet, etc.).

4. Upper Division Clerk (UDC) (Level-4)

Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of application.
Eligibility Criteria:

LDC with 5 years of regular service.
Essential Qualification: Graduate with 3 years of experience in clerical work.
Desirable: Knowledge of computers (MS Office, Internet, etc.).

Selection Process
