DMRC Junior Engineers (JE )2018-Selection Process, Exam Pattern And Syllabus

Post Name-Junior Engineers (JE ) (Electrical/Electronics/Civil/Mechanical)

Selection Process-Comprise a two stage process

1.Computer Based Written Test-CBT (Two papers)

2.Medical Examination- Standards of Medical Examination in DMRC

Note-From this years there will be no interview for Junior Engineers (JE )

The merit shall be prepared based on the marks secured in the online test.

DMRC JE 2018-Selection Process

On the basis of marks secured in the online examination, candidates shall be called for document checking and Medical Examination , wherein, verification of original documents/certificates would be done by the document checking committee.

After documents verification candidate will go for Medical Examination.

Exam Pattern-Exam patten as following

Computer Based Written Test (CBT)-The CBT will consist of two papers

A.Paper-I

B.Paper-II

Both Paper held on the same day at the same center

A.PAPER-I

Total Time-90 minutes

Total Marks-120 (Each Question One Marks)

Total No Of Question-120 objective types multiple choice (75
questions from technical(Electrical/Electronics/Civil/Mechanical) and 45 questions from aptitude i.e. General awareness ,logical ability and reasoning ,numerical ability and questions on decision making).

Negative Marking-There will be negative marking. For every wrong answer 1/3 marks will be deducted

B.PAPER-II

Total Time- 45 minutes

Total Marks-60 (Each Question One Marks)

Total No Of Question-60 objective types multiple choice from
General English only. The questions will be on Comprehensions, Adverb, Parts of speech, Preposition ,Direct and indirect, Active voice and passive voice, Synonyms, Antonyms etc.

Negative Marking-There will be negative marking. For every wrong answer 1/3 marks will be deducted
