CSL Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2026
The eligibility requirements differ slightly for ITI Trade Apprentices and Technician (Vocational) Apprentices.
ITI Trade Apprentices
Candidates must:
- Have passed Class 10/Xth standard.
- Possess an ITI National Trade Certificate (NTC) in one of the notified trades.
- Be at least 18 years of age as on 08.10.2026.
- Be a domicile of Kerala.
- Meet the applicable physical standards under the Apprentices Act and Apprenticeship Rules.
Technician (Vocational) Apprentices
Candidates must have passed Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE) in the relevant discipline.
The Kerala domicile requirement and other applicable eligibility conditions must also be satisfied.
Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training in another organization for any duration under the Apprentices Act, 1961, are not eligible to apply.
If a candidate has an equivalent qualification, an Equivalency Certificate issued by the competent authority must be uploaded with the application.
CSL Apprentice Age Limit 2026
The minimum age required for the CSL Technician and ITI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 is 18 years as on 08 October 2026.

CSL Apprentice Selection Process 2026
