CPCL Recruitment 2026 Salary
Selected candidates will be appointed in the Non-Supervisory Cadre (Grade IV) with an IDA pay scale of ₹25,000 – ₹1,05,000/- and a starting basic pay of ₹25,000/-.
In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will be eligible for DA, HRA/Self-Lease, PF, Gratuity, LTC/LFA, medical reimbursement, superannuation benefits, and other benefits as per CPCL rules.
CPCL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process consists of:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)

- Skill, Proficiency and/or Physical Test (SPPT)
- Medical Fitness
The SPPT will be qualifying in nature. Candidates shortlisted for SPPT will generally be called in the ratio of 1:3 (three candidates for one post), subject to prescribed qualifying marks and reservation requirements. Final selection will be based on CBT merit among candidates who qualify the SPPT and are found medically fit.
