As per the CPCL Executive age limit, candidates aged between 18 years to 26 years are allowed to apply for the Executive-level posts.

Educational Qualifications

Instrumentation	First Class Graduate Degree in Engineering / Technology in Instrumentation (including Electronics & Instrumentation) / Instrumentation & Control). Marketing	First Class Graduate Degree in Engineering in one of the specializations mentioned Chemical / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Candidates must have not less than 60% mark in aggregate of all Semesters /Years. IT/Computer	First Class Graduate Degree in Engineering in Electronics & Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology. Students must have not less than 60% Marks in the aggregate of all semesters/years. SC/ST/PwBD candidates need to score a minimum of 55% against reserved positions.
HR (Human Resource)	Graduate in any discipline with two years of courses leading to Post Graduate Diploma Labour Welfare Industrial Relations Human Resources Personnel Management Master of Social Work Degree Must have a Human Resources Management degree from a recognized Indian University Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare / Institute with not less than 60% Marks in aggregate of all semesters/years. SC/PwBD/ST candidates need to score a minimum of 55% against reserved positions.
Legal Officer	The candidate should have completed the Graduate Degree in LLB and law or equivalent. Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% of marks (or equivalent CGPA and above) in Graduation. Experience: After completion of the qualification, a candidate must have worked as a law officer in a public sector undertaking, a nationalized bank, a statutory corporation, a department of the central or state government, a large private sector organization, or as an advocate or lawyer in a reputed law firm for at least two years.
