Crafts Instructor Training Scheme (CITS) 2020 Online Application

What is CITS-CITS is a one-year ToT program which includes components on training methodology, OJT (On-the-Job Training) and a module on QP/NOS (short-term training), apart from the specific domain skills. The candidates, who undertake Training of Trainers (ToT) under CITS and are awarded a NCIC certificate, are to be considered eligible for becoming a trainer in the Short-Term Training (STT) ecosystem.

Why CITS Important For ITI, Diploma, Degree Holder-If you want to become a Theory Instructor,Then you must do it because in future without CITS certificate you will be not able to fill the form of Theory Instructor,Indian Government have already given instruction to state government must apply CITS qualification in recruitment of Theory Instructor

Eligibility qualification- NTC/NAC (NCVT certificate in relevant trade) or Diploma / Degree from recognized Board of Technical Education/University or equivalent.

Age Limit-No Upper Age limit

Entrance Examination Fee-
Rs. 500/- for General and all other candidates
Rs. 300/- for SC / ST, PH and Women candidates

AICET Examination Pattern-
The online entrance examination will be of two hours’ duration and the question papers for the entrance test will
be of the following pattern
a) 75% questions of objective type(multiplechoicetype)of ITI level related to the trade applied for admission.
b) 25% questions of objective type pertaining to Aptitude (Logical, Numeric and Reasoning).
