With reference to the Computer based Test held on 28th October 2017 (Saturday) and on the basis of performance of candidates, the following candidates have been provisionally shortlisted. The candidates are required to undergo document verification process followed by pre-employment medical examination in accordance with POWERGRID Medical standards. Individual scores of candidates who appeared in Computer based Test (CBT) of NRTS-II held on 28.10.2017 for the post of Diploma Trainee (Electrical) have been announced. Candidates who appeared in the CBT, may login on Career Section of POWERGRID website through their respective log-in IDs for the same. Category wise cut-off marks are mentioned below. The candidate may note that the cut-off marks are the marks of the last candidate empaneled in 1:3 ratio of respective category of vacancies. Further the candidates having score more than or equal to cut-off marks although are in selection panel, however the Offers of Appointment are being issued purely on the basis of order of merit of the candidates as well as number of vacancies in respective categories and figuring in the Selection panel does not guarantee issuance of offer of appointment as the same is operated on the basis of merit order.

Why My Name Is Not In List Of Selected Candidate My Marks Is Greater Than Cut Off-Some candidate are getting marks greater than given official cut off but theirs name is not in list of selected candidate.
Reason-This cut off is not only for 30 selected candidate this cut off is for 90 candidate. They have clearly written that cut off for 1:3 ratio. Candidate have selected for 30 posts from higher to lower marks category wise. That is there 60 other candidate who are getting marks higher than cut off.
Those candidate who are getting marks higher than cut off can wait if any candidate will be failed in Medical Test or Document Verification then new candidate will be call.
