Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Two years of experience in executive roles in General Administration, Personnel, or Industrial Relations in an Industrial or Government organization.
Assistant Executive Engineer (Mechanical):
- Essential Qualification: A degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute..
- Desirable Experience: Two years executive experience in Mechanical Engineering Discipline in an Industrial/ Commercial/ Govt. Undertaking.
Age Limit:
The maximum age for all the positions is 30 years as of the last date of application. However, age relaxation is provided for certain categories as follows:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years (15 years for SC/ST PwBD and 13 years for OBC PwBD)
Selection Process for IPA Recruitment 2025
The selection will be based on performance in the online examination and possibly an interview. The online test consists of four sections:
